The aerospace entrepreneurship conference was prepared in order to serve the Puerto Rico community and particular the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Corporation of the government of Puerto Rico. The conference was organized in the cadre of the Interuniversity Seminar on Research in the Mathematical Sciences. The conference took place on March 6, 2009. See the program.
Casa Georgetti Inaguration
On March 5 2009 Gauss Research Foundation held a Cocktail party as part of The Entrepreneurship and Research in the Aerospace Industry Conferences. In order to formally inaugurate our facilities as well to honor the participation of local researchers as well as legendary figures such as Elwyn Berlekamp and Solomon Golomb.
Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) and Caribbean Internet OrganizationsThe signing took place on January 27, 2008: The CTU was represented by Secretary General, Ms. Bernadette Lewis and Gauss Research Laboratory (sponsoring organization of .pr) is represented by its Director, Oscar Moreno, Radamés Mejías (Vice-Chancellor of Pucamaima) representing .do, Dr. Soraya Aquino (representing) and Ing. Vargas representing Indotel. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the basic features of collaboration to establish a Caribbean Internet Governance Forum (CIGF).
